Sleeps 6 Spacious 1bed central Grantham with Free Gym Access

Could be great. Positive: Nice kitchen, tidy apartment. Space for clothing and hangers was sufficient. Negative: We were 3 people and they only provided 2 duvets . Make sure to specify that you need the same number duvets as travellers. The fitnescenter facilities were not accessible on the property. There was no extra map to assess distance and access to the gym. The rubbish needs to be sorted but there was no "sorting guide" to make this easier for non UK residents. There was no hair dryer on the premises.

Very comfortable & clean would stay again. Positive: Really well equipped. Everything you could need for a comfortable say. Children’s crockery which makes a huge difference with small ones. We didn’t end up cooking but there was helpful things like oil and salt and pepper, lots of tea and coffee! Shower was amazing. Negative: Only small niggle is the curtain in the bedroom let too much light in for me. But I appreciate it’s a forms window so not easy to fully black out. I just like a really dark room.

Decent property Positive: The house is a fab size. Its clean and really well equipped. Literally everything you need for a short term or slightly longer term stay is considered and available. Negative: The first double bed you get to we slept on and it was broken. The slats weren't complete and we were slipping into the middle during the night. Also the curtain pole was broken in the bedroom. Parking was a bit of a walk if you couldn't park close to the house. The bins were left right outside the path to the property making it difficult to navigate around them and someone left a glass beer bottle and rubbish in our pathway through the night...nice! Could have been worse. We also wondered why the shower tray wasnt all the way up to the window to allow for more space instead of the strange gap that there is but thats just a side note. Its not a reflection on the quality of the property. Note that after a certain time every night the street lights go off so if youre walking back after this time it is very dark and the house is at the end of a very dark, long street.

Great stay fot town access Positive: Very home from home experience. Very comfortable and clean. Spar shop around the corner and the town was omly about a 10 minute walk. Very enjoyable 3 day stay Negative: Parking is limited on the street but we were lucky to get a space. That's all.
